Please fill out the following for the 21-22 school year. We want to make sure everyone has a spot for next year.

*NOTE: Students can earn off-campus lunch with parental permission.

*Refer a friend and earn some money! Receive $50 for each student you refer to HHHS.  Tell your friends to enroll by September 7th! They must stay enrolled with us until Thanksgiving break in order to claim your $50.
